Ran 10 rounds including basketball court, then did circuit, short sprints and change of direction. Then Coach went through all our problems that we encountered on Wednesday. Damn funny can?! :D Funny, and we can still learn. (: Then ranranran, then err, we did ball work (a new one that's like damn cool) and high & low stepups and agility ladder. :D After that applied what we learn, then is court games! :D Played GS, (: None of my shots went it ): Felt like a failure, but must jiayou! :D Lollol. Then C division shooters like practise our own, so yeah(:

Ater training went Budget eat with JeeYan, Kimmie, Syahirah & Roze. :D Nicenice, lol. Then Jeeyan, Kimmie & Roze took taxi while Syahirah & I walked back, (:

Tmr is Dadi's birthday! :D Celebrating at my house at 7pm, wheee can't wait. Can't wait for Sunday too!
