Netball yesterday was suckish. damn tiring. Cherie say I hyper all the time, just not during training. :P true true. coach wanted to arrange a friendly match with esss today, but bluek la! will lose, we're not prepared.

yesterday ran 8 rounds around the canteen+bball court+2netball courts. crazy. timing was 16mins for 7 rounds. Ezati ran with me. :D I am so slow. D: hazirah and ezati made me sprint the last round around the basketball court. :D walk around and do conditionings. then water break i guess. then do ball stuffs la. pass, blah blah blah. then play 4 corners. damn tiring i tell you. but quite fun. i told wanjie i wanted to quit again. then she don't allow me again. -.- but jingwen quit already! and she's one of the best man! even wan siti was shocked. then after 4 corners, we do the goal circle stepping. i confused leh. lol. then show coach. ~.~ not fast enough. OH YA!!!!!!!!!!! after the ball passes, we used the weights on our legs, then, need to sprint and walk back. then we didn't do fast enough. we took out the weights, then need to run the width of the court and back in less than 8 seconds for 5 times. died. dead. revived. after show coach the circle stepping, play half court games. i defended hanani first, then petrina. petrina tang, not petrina goh. lol. then petrina say don't be afraid to bump into her, then was like, wth? she smaller than me leh. ._. then do step ups. damn tiring la. wth. then do vertical jumps, i keep doing wrong. ): then pack up. joyann trick me la! they accidentally left the ice box outside, then she put at the handle of the games equipment room. then she ask me take out. i stupidly believed her and wanted to take out, i touch, then she say, " HAHA! nazlah last touch! " -.- bought milo! then walk to bus stop. then wanjie came over. she take 293 with me. :D we left yit phin alone at the bus stop. wakaka! sat with wanjie in the bus. then we talk talk talk. :)) sent hakka back at 8+. ): bil gave us grapefruit juice. so sour. O:

later going out with shakirin, fitri, hazimah and some others. fitri dont wanna go bowling. ahhh whatever la. so whatever we want to.
