All I have to blog about is NETBALL. Oh yeah.. forgot to say, this blog is partially my netball journal also. x)

Jogged 5 rounds around the bigger route. As usual, I started first, but ended up being last. Man, that sucks. ): then right after we jog, continuously sprint down the basketball court 10 'laps'. Omg, died. Then had water break, i think. then we put on the weights, do step-ups. O: i hate step-ups. so tiring. must get used to it, nehmind nehmind. then do agility ladder. My timing always slowest, lol. then i think we kept it, then we water break? idk, fforget. then we used the medicine balls and did the go around the head thing, then paired up and do ball work. partnered anisha. oooh. lol. miss siti's training is always so fun! x) then, we do the p-verting. using cones. partnered wanjie. O.O then er.. water break! so much water break, hehehe. then, we ate currypuffs miss siti brought for us! :D then split into defenders, attackers. since i defender, learn zoning. ooh! quite fun leh. lol. practised it for a long time. then er. during this part, petrina so funny. lol. :) then learn T-defend. syazana defend me? :D then water break. then we play half court game. Both me & anisha defend siti. hehee! then water break. then another round. then jog down. stretched. done~ oh yeah, and somewhere in between, we did the sprinting the width of the court. no time. rock, better than 8 seconds. o.o

i was alone at the bus stop, then yitphin and vivian came and asked me to follow them to mc at tamp mart. ok lor. when li lian and petrina left on 28, when they go up to the 'second level' we waved like siao, until we saw li lian laughing. LOL. then syazana siti and hanani go opposite. when our bus came, me yitphin and vivian like waving and making faces. lol lol. oh yeah. we took the same bus as cherie and gang. alighted at same stop too. they ate at dunno where. lol. i ate mcchicken. yitphin ate mcwings and vivian had fillet. yums. then i buy hot fudge. heh. :P go home. online, till now. addicted much? ._.

NETBALL TOMORROW. Coach coming. die.

FRIENDLY MATCH AGAINST ESSS ON MONDAY. die.

marsya and mateen might be coming later, as abang and kak yani wanna go mustafa centre. not sure yet. gonna concentrate on homework though.
