Again, I'm gonna blog about netball. lol.

Hmm. We started with 8 rounds around the bigger route. I'm happy because I didn't stop like I used to! :D The last round around the basketball court, Ezati held my hand then we sprint. :P Ok ok, did conditionings. The sun was so hot! then do agility ladder. take medicine balls and do ball control and ball work. then we did running passes. i injured my finger. omg. still play. :D then we take break. coach ask wan siti to somewhere save and open to continue training, cause the rest were doing 'down the line'. We went to ISH! :D Saw Joanne, ShanTian, YuKee & Joyce studying. LOL. We reach ISH, we play four corners. The seniors saw we were throwing the ball wrongly, then we practise high and straight pass. play four corners. then water break. then we play 'down the line'. got systems all. O: then we play for a long time. then water break & eat. half-court games. then go down. half-court games. I swore I heard coach shout my name. ee. scary. oh yeah, jingwen came back!! :D then coach say i lost weight already, but not enough. lol.

after training, stayed back for 'study session'. I went up to disturb J,S,Y,J hehehe! went down to realise syazana, siti and hanani were already back with their noodles. so i went off to buy. hee. oh yeah, borrowed one dollar from joanne and 30 cents from loraine. hee! after eating, went up. i didn't know they were gone. i saw zakirah!! lol. she laugh at my fringe. ._. then we talk talk, i went down to find kimmie, syahirah, jeeyan, joyann & ardilla there. i stayed with them a while before going back to canteen to 'study'. lol, didn't study at all. talked to fiona! i met new people in the team. woohs. :D then we all went out together. fish, fiona they all run for 28. maya and me run for 293. :D

came home, on comp, nothing to do = sleep. x( later have to do homework. gosh. byes.

match on monday. helppppppp!

i've decided to be guai and do homework the whole night. :D syazana said i was great while running cause i didn't stop. she also asked me to go for it, cause they're supporting me, and i shouldn't let their support go to waste. :P thanks girls! appreciate it!
