There's 5 hours of training on Friday. :x Must jiayou! ><

Anyway. Today's training started torturous-ly. But yeah, held on. Though I cried (not because of training though, something else) Ran 10 rounds, then did skipping and running up and down the stairs. Then did ball work, then half-court all the way.

Coach talked to us. Then I suddenly wanted to change my mindset, to focus on studies and Netball, if I really really want to participate in the EZ Games. :D Then did half-court. Played 6 times. Change player after 5 goals. Played GK twice, GS once and GA once. :D Sat out from the 2nd and last game :D YAY. xD
